Lock Wheel VPN for Windows

Our Windows installer is not code-signed yet, so Microsoft Defender SmartScreen may warn you the first time you run it. Check that the file came from lock-wheel-vpn.com (and, if you like, that its SHA-256 matches the one below), then click “More info” and “Run anyway”.

A VPN has to create a network adapter and — for the Kill Switch — add filtering rules to Windows itself. Neither is something an ordinary app may do, so the installer sets up a small background service that does it on the app's behalf.

When the Kill Switch is on, Windows itself blocks traffic outside the encrypted tunnel, so nothing leaks while the VPN reconnects.
