Do you keep logs of what I do online?
No. We never record the websites you visit, your DNS requests or the content of your traffic. To run the service we process a small amount of technical data — such as when a session started and how much data it used — which our Privacy Policy describes in full.
How many devices can I use?
One account covers up to five devices at the same time. If you sign in on a sixth, the device you used least recently is signed out.
Which platforms are supported?
Windows 10 and 11, macOS 12 or later and Debian-based Linux such as Ubuntu 22.04+. Apps for iPhone and Android are coming soon.
What does the Kill Switch do?
If the encrypted tunnel drops for any reason, the Kill Switch blocks internet traffic at the system level until the connection is restored — so your real address is never exposed by accident.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your account on this website, go to Subscription and choose Unsubscribe. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Can I get a refund?
If you live in the EU you can withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase, as described in our Terms of Use. Write to us and we will take care of it.
I bought a subscription — how do I use it in the app?
Install the app and log in with the email and password of your Lock Wheel VPN account. Premium is unlocked on every device where you are signed in.
