Delete your Lock Wheel VPN account

You can delete your account and the data stored for it at any time — in the app or here on the website.

Sign in to delete
In the appSettings → under Log Out → Delete Account, then confirm. Works in every Lock Wheel VPN app while you are signed in.
On the websiteSign in, open My account and choose Delete account. You will be asked to confirm.
Can't sign in?Write to contact@evrius.com from the address of your account and we will delete it for you.
What is deletedYour account (email and password), your devices list, your settings stored on our servers and your billing profile. This cannot be undone.
What is keptRecords we must keep by law, such as payment and tax records, for the period the law requires. We never record your browsing, DNS requests or traffic, so there is none to delete.
Your subscriptionA subscription bought on this website stops renewing when the account is deleted. A Google Play or App Store subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account — cancel it in the store.
