Installing

Open the DMG and drag Lock Wheel VPN into Applications — the VPN component only runs from there. The first time you connect, macOS asks you to allow the app's network extension: open System Settings → General → Login Items & Extensions → Network Extensions and turn Lock Wheel VPN on.
